Recommendations for use
Adults should take three (3) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin.
Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: carmine (color), choline bitartrate, mica, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide (color).
Contains soy and tree nut (argan).
Free of GMOs, artificial flavors, sugar, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, fish.
Warnings

Some dietary supplements may interact with certain medications and affect the results of certain laboratory tests. Do not take this product if you are allergic to yeast. It is recommended to consult your doctor before taking more than 2500 mcg of biotin per day. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Store at room temperature. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep the product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately.
