Method of administration and dosage Capsules are taken orally with a sufficient amount of liquid, regardless of food intake. The dose is selected individually depending on the intensity of the pain syndrome and the patient's sensitivity. Usually, the starting dose is 100 mg 1-2 times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 400 mg. Side effects Nervous system: dizziness, headache, drowsiness, weakness, confusion, impaired coordination of movements. Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth. Cardiovascular system: tachycardia, orthostatic hypotension. Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching, hives. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to tramadol or other components of the drug. Acute intoxication with alcohol, sleeping pills, analgesics, opioids, or psychotropic drugs. Severe hepatic or renal failure. Uncontrolled epilepsy. Pregnancy and lactation period. Children under 12 years old. Special instructions Use with caution in patients with a history of drug dependence, traumatic brain injuries, increased intracranial pressure, renal and hepatic impairment, as well as in elderly patients. During treatment, one should refrain from driving vehicles and performing tasks requiring high concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
