Method of administration and dosage Usually, ½ – 1 tablet per day is prescribed during meals, without chewing, drinking plenty of water. In case of increased need — 1 tablet per day. Tablets are taken during meals to improve tolerance. The course is usually 1 month. If necessary — repeat the course after a break Side effects Gastrointestinal: diarrhea, stool disorder, nausea. Flatulence, bloating. In case of overdose — weakness, hypotension, rhythm disturbances. A feeling of heat is possible. Allergic reactions (rarely): rash, itching Contraindications Hypersensitivity to magnesium or components of the preparation. Severe renal failure (impaired magnesium excretion). Myasthenia gravis. Bradycardia, AV-block. Electrolyte disturbance (hypercalcemia, hyperkalemia) Special instructions Do not exceed the recommended dose, as excess magnesium can cause serious effects. In case of kidney diseases — use under medical supervision. When taking other preparations (especially diuretics, cardiac glycosides, antacids) simultaneously — consider interaction. If diarrhea or pronounced symptoms appear — reduce the dose or stop taking. Store in a dry place at the temperature according to the packaging
