Doppelgerts Aktiv Omega 3 instructions for use
Method of administration and dosage
Take 1 capsule per day with food, drinking plenty of water. Do not chew the capsule. The duration of the course is usually 1 month, then repeated courses are possible in consultation with a doctor. The dosage level and course can be adjusted depending on individual indications.
Side effects
Gastrointestinal: nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort. A fishy taste or belching is possible. In case of overdose — increased bleeding, liver hypertrophy. Allergic reactions are possible (skin itching, rash)
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to fish oil, capsule components, or Vitamin E. Hypersensitivity to seafood. Acute liver function disorders. Blood clotting disorders, especially when taking anticoagulants
Special instructions
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Intake should be with food to improve tolerance. When taking anticoagulants — monitor clotting. In case of liver or kidney diseases — use under medical supervision
