Method of administration and dosage Take 1 tablet per day during or after meals. Do not chew the tablet, drink with plenty of liquid. Course: often 2–3 months are recommended, then depending on the condition and doctor's recommendations. If necessary, the course can be repeated after a break Side effects When taken in recommended doses, it is usually well tolerated. Allergic reactions are possible: skin itching, rash, redness. In case of excessive intake: stomach irritation, nausea. In case of long-term overdose: hair loss, brittle nails, sulfur smell from the mouth, neurological disorders. Contraindications Hypersensitivity / intolerance to any component. Pregnancy or lactation period — use only as directed by a doctor. Children and adolescents — use only after consultation (instructions often state "not for children") Special instructions Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. When taking other preparations or supplements with selenium — consider the total dose of selenium. In case of thyroid diseases, taking thyroid preparations — consult an endocrinologist. Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25 °C, out of reach of children. The supplement does not replace a full diet
