For adults, 1 capsule once a day with meals, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of water. The recommended consumption period is 30 days, then the consumption period is agreed with the doctor. 1 capsule contains: active substances: magnesium - 200 mg; vitamin C - 200 mg; vitamin E - 42 mcg; zinc - 5 mg; nicotinamide - 18 mg; vitamin B12 - 9 mcg; pantothenic acid - 6 mg; vitamin B6 - 3 mg; vitamin B1 - 2 mg; vitamin B2 - 1.6 mg; folic acid - 450 mcg; chromium - 60 mcg; biotin - 150 mcg; selenium - 30 mcg; auxiliary substances: microcrystalline cellulose, rice starch, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, amorphous silicon dioxide, purified water, magnesium salts of fatty acids, gum arabic, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, olive, talc.
