Method of administration and dosage Usually 1 capsule per day during meals, washed down with a sufficient amount of water. Do not chew the capsule. If necessary, the capsule can be made divisible (if allowed). Course of intake: often 2–3 weeks or 1 month; if necessary, repeat the course after a break. For long-term use — evaluate the need and health status Side effects At the recommended dosage — usually well tolerated. Allergic reactions (skin rashes, itching) are possible. Mild gastrointestinal disorders (discomfort, heaviness) are possible. If the dose is exceeded — the load on the liver, kidneys may increase, hypervitaminosis may occur Contraindications Allergy or hypersensitivity to any components of the complex.
