Method of application and dosage For adults: usually 5 ml (one teaspoon) per day with meals. For children (depending on age): often a smaller dose is prescribed — for example, 15 ml (for children 4–7 years old), 30 ml (for older children and adolescents / adults) — the dosage may depend on age and weight Side effects Taking omega-3 fatty acids in doses close to the recommended ones is usually well tolerated.
