Method of administration and dosage Take 1 tablet per day during meals, drinking plenty of liquid. The tablet is not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Course: usually a few weeks or a month; then there may be a break and repetition is possible Side effects At recommended doses — usually well tolerated. Mild GIT disorders are possible: nausea, abdominal discomfort. In rare cases — allergic reactions (rash, itching). In case of overdose: symptoms of excess zinc or vitamin D — nausea, vomiting, calcium metabolism disorders, hypercalcemia Contraindications Allergic reaction or intolerance to components (zinc, histidine, selenium, vitamin D or excipients). Hypervitaminosis D, hypercalcemia. Excessive level of zinc (e.g., when already at a high level). Severe renal failure Special instructions Do not exceed the recommended dose — consuming too many minerals can be harmful. When taking other preparations or supplements with zinc / vitamins / minerals — consider the total load. In case of organ diseases (liver, kidney) — consultation with a doctor is mandatory
