To prepare the infusion, 10 filter-bags are placed in an enameled dish, poured with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiled water at room temperature, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Then it is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, the filter-bags are removed and squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. The infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Often taken 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
