Joint Free instructions for use
For faster relief, start with a loading dose.
Loading dose to be taken during the first 5 days: 3 capsules 2 times a day.
Then for 1 month: 3 capsules 1 time a day or 1 capsule 3 times a day.
Maintenance dose for the following months (2-3) 1 capsule 1 time a day.
Take before meals. In case of exacerbation, repeat the course.
