Method of administration and dosage Orally, after meals. For erectile dysfunction and infertility: 1–2 tablets 3 times a day. Duration of treatment is at least 90 days. The course of treatment can be repeated upon the recommendation of a doctor. For dyslipidemia to lower total cholesterol levels: 2 tablets 3 times a day. Course – at least 3 months. Repeated courses – upon the recommendation of a doctor. Side effects Allergic reactions are possible. Irritating effect on the gastric mucosa (nausea). In case of side effects, including those not described in the instructions, you should consult a doctor. Overdose There are no reports of overdose cases. When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones, dyspeptic disorders (nausea, vomiting) may occur. Treatment is symptomatic. Interaction with other medicinal products The drug may enhance the effect of diuretics and potentiate the hypotensive effect of antihypertensive agents. To avoid the possible irritating effect of the drug on the gastric mucosa, it is recommended to take the drug after meals. Patients with diabetes mellitus should consider that each tablet contains lactose and starch. The drug should not be prescribed to patients with galactosemia, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome. Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work). Form of release Film-coated tablets, 250 mg. 60, 90 or 180 tablets in a polymer jar. 15 tablets in a blister pack made of polyvinyl chloride film and flexible packaging based on aluminum foil. 4 or 6 blister packs or each jar together with the instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box. Storage conditions At a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
