Method of administration and dosage
Aromatherapy: add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp. External use: dilute the essential oil with a base oil (e.g., almond, jojoba) in a concentration of 1-3% and apply to the skin with massaging movements. For baths: add 5-7 drops to a bath with warm water, having previously dissolved in an emulsifier (e.g., milk, honey).
