Efirnoye maslo verbeny instructions for use
For skin:
1. Point application for inflammation (pimples):
Mix 1 drop of verbena essential oil with 1 tsp of base oil (e.g., jojoba or grape seed) and apply point-wise to inflammation 1-2 times a day.
2. Toning care:
Add 2-3 drops of verbena to 10 ml of tonic or hydrolat (e.g., lavender or rose) and use as a refreshing and toning spray for the face.
3. Mask for tired skin:
Mix clay (white or green), a little water, and 2 drops of verbena oil. Apply to the face for 10-15 minutes, then wash off and apply a moisturizing cream.

For hair:
1. Oil mask for stimulating hair growth:
Mix 2-3 drops of verbena oil with 1 tbsp of base oil (burdock, castor, or coconut). Apply to the scalp, massaging gently, leave for 30-60 minutes, then wash off with shampoo.
2. Adding to shampoo or balm:
Drop 2-3 drops of verbena oil into a portion of shampoo or balm immediately before washing the head. This will enhance the cleansing and strengthening effect.
3. Rinse for dandruff and itching:
Add 4-5 drops of verbena oil to 1 liter of warm water with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Use after washing hair for a final rinse.
