Recommendations for use
Adults take 3 capsules 3 times daily, preferably with food.
Ingredients
Plant-based capsule (hypromellose), silicon dioxide.
Does not contain salt, wheat, corn, soy, dairy products, gelatin, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives.
