Method of administration
For adults, take 2–3 tablets 3 times a day during meals, drinking with a sufficient amount of water. Duration of intake for prevention – 2–3 weeks. Repeat if necessary. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a full diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
