Taken with meals 1-2 capsules 3 times a day for 3 weeks up to 4 courses per year. For adults and children over 12 years old, the drug is prescribed orally, it is recommended to swallow the tablet or capsule whole, without chewing or crushing, with a sufficient amount of water. 1 capsule contains: Dry extract of Ajuga Turkestanica (Ajuga Turkestanica extract) - 12.50 mg; iron (II) sulfate - 25.00 mg; Dry extract of Alfalfa (Medicago sativa extract) - 50.00 mg; sugar (powdered sugar) - 200 mg; starch - 62.50 mg Store in clean, dry, well-ventilated areas at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C and relative humidity up to 70%, in a place protected from light.
