Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetarian capsule twice daily (preferably with a meal) or as directed by a doctor.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
