Recommendations for use
Take 2 capsules daily as needed with 240-360 ml (8-12 oz) of water.
Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, and maltodextrin.
Vitamin E from non-GMO soy (highly purified).
