The powder is mixed with breast milk or baby food during breastfeeding. For older children and adults, the powder in sachets is dissolved in cooled boiled water (temperature not higher than 45 °C) at the rate of 40-50 ml of water per 1 sachet. Capsules are taken with a sufficient amount of water. Taken 30 minutes before meals. Dosage for children under 7 years old: 1 pack once a day for children under 6 months; 1 sachet 2 times a day for children from 6 months to 3 years; 1 sachet 3 times a day for children from 3 to 7 years. Children over 7 years old and adults: take 2 packets 2-3 times a day. Duration of intake from 1 to 3 weeks. 1 sachet contains: Bifidobacterium bifidum - 100 mg. Escherichia coli - 100 mg. Excipients: maltodextrin. Store in a dry, protected from light place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
