Recommendations for use: • prevention and complex therapy of osteoporosis of various origins: age-related, in women during menopause (natural and surgical), senile, idiopathic, steroid, as well as associated with prolonged immobilization, and its complications (fractures, etc.); • prevention and complex therapy of dental and periodontal diseases; • insufficient intake of calcium and zinc, vitamins D3 and K2; • conditions requiring additional intake of calcium, vitamin D3 (to improve the consolidation of traumatic fractures, during pregnancy, with insufficient nutrition). Contraindications: hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, vitamin D3 hypervitaminosis, hypersensitivity to components, children under 5 years old. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: after consultation with a doctor (in this case, it is necessary to adhere to a daily dose not exceeding 1200 mg of calcium and 20 mcg of vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 and its metabolites can pass into breast milk, so it is necessary to take into account the intake of calcium and vitamin D3 from other sources in the mother and child. Method of administration and dosage: Prevention and complex treatment of calcium and/or vitamin D3 deficiency: adults and children over 12 years old - 1 tablet 2 times a day, children from 5 to 12 years old – 1 tablet 1 time a day after meals. In complex therapy of osteoporosis and its complications (fractures): (adults) - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after meals. Side effect: allergic reactions, gastrointestinal dysfunction (constipation or diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, abdominal pain), hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria (increased calcium content in the blood or urine). Symptoms of overdose: anorexia, thirst, polyuria, decreased appetite, weakness, nausea, vomiting, hypercalciuria, hypercalcemia. Release form: tablets №30. 2 blisters of 15 tablets with an insert sheet in a cardboard package. Shelf life: indicated on the package and blisters. Do not use after the expiration date! Storage conditions: store in a place protected from moisture and light, at a temperature not exceeding 250 C. Keep out of reach of children.
