Method of administration and dosage Capsules are taken orally during meals, swallowed whole and washed down with a glass of clean drinking water. Women and girls over 14 years old are usually prescribed 1 capsule 1–2 times a day. The duration of a standard preventive or restorative course is 14 days. On the recommendation of a doctor, the course can be extended to one month or repeated after a short break.
