The preparation is used internally directly during or after meals. For iron deficiency anemia, 1-2 capsules 2 times a day, on average for 3 months. For latent iron deficiency, 1-2 capsules 1 time a day for 3-4 weeks. For pregnant women, starting from the 14th week of pregnancy, for 2 weeks with weekly breaks until childbirth, 1 capsule 1 time a day. During lactation, 1 capsule a day. Duration of treatment 3-6 months. When the hemoglobin level normalizes, therapy should be continued for about another 2 months until the iron depot in the body is saturated. Before a medical abortion, 1-2 capsules a day for 10 days. Before planned operations, 1-2 capsules a day for 2-3 weeks. During the menstrual period: 1 capsule 2 days before the start of menstruation, throughout the cycle, and 2 days after its end. Total duration of use - 10 days. For persons with intense physical exertion, as well as in case of hypo- and avitaminosis, 1-2 capsules a day. The course of prevention and therapy is 10 days. 1 capsule contains: Iron sulfate - 150 mg. Vitamin C - 100 mg. Vitamin B6 - 0.5 mg. Excipients: calcium stearate, starch, sucrose. Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature from 0 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
