1 g of phytotea (1 sachet for a single brew) is poured with 200 ml of boiling water, infused for 10-15 minutes. Recommended doses for intake - 400 ml of tea is taken during the day in 3-5 doses. Before consumption, honey or sugar can be added if desired. Duration of intake - 1-2 months. Take in courses - 3 weeks followed by a 1-week break.
