Method of administration and dosage Orally, with food. For adults and children over 14 years old — 1 sachet or 2 teaspoons 1-4 times a day, after mixing the powder in half a glass of water, juice, kefir, yogurt, or any other non-carbonated non-alcoholic beverage. It is recommended to drink a glass of clean non-carbonated water. The dose of the preparation should be increased gradually, in the first week of intake — 1-2 sachets (2-4 teaspoons), in the second — 3-4 sachets (6-8 teaspoons) per day.
