Method of administration and dosage: The powder is dissolved in a glass of water or juice. For maximum effectiveness, it is important to drink at least 1.5–2 liters of pure liquid per day. Adults and children over 14 years old: 1 sachet (or 2 teaspoons) 2-3 times a day. Children 11-14 years old: 2 times a day. Children 3-10 years old: 1 time a day (preferably in the evening). Intake schedule: it is recommended to drink half an hour before breakfast and an hour after dinner.
