Fitochay Pol-pola instructions for use
Pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 1 filter bag (1.5 g), let it brew for 15 minutes, squeeze out the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 glass (100 ml) 2 times a day during meals. Duration of administration 2-3 weeks. Repeated courses are possible during the year.
