1 g of phytotea (1 sachet for single brewing) is poured with 200 ml of boiling water, infused for 10-15 minutes. Recommended doses for intake - 400 ml of tea are taken throughout the day in 3-5 doses. Duration of intake - 1-2 months. 1 sachet contains: Rowan berries. Black currant berries. Rosehip berries and green tea. Nettle leaves. Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 70%. Keep out of reach of children.
