Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of the blend with 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, let it steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain thoroughly. Administration: Give to the child warm in small portions (a few teaspoons or individually according to the pediatrician's recommendation) between feedings.
