Method of administration Brewing: Pour 1–2 teaspoons of loose tea (or use 1 filter bag) into a cup. Infusion: Pour 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10–15 minutes. Intake: Strain and take warm. Recommended volume — up to 400 ml throughout the day, divided into 3–5 intakes. You can add a spoonful of honey to taste.
