Method of administration
Internally: 1 tsp of oil is taken 3 times a day after meals (in pure form), or added to a salad. Course 1-2 months.
Externally: for skin treatment, apply pointwise to the affected area, make dressings, lotions. Added to purchased and homemade skin and hair care cosmetics. Rubbed directly into the scalp, body, cuticles and nails.
