Quinolone derivatives: zinc may reduce the absorption of quinolones; ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, norfloxacin, and ofloxacin. Calcium salts: calcium salts reduce the absorption of Flu Kid. Iron preparations: zinc absorption may be reduced by oral iron intake.
