Recommendations for use As a vitamin supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body. Ingredients Cellulose, acacia gum, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid. Contains < 2% magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Does not contain added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Warnings Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking medications, if you have any medical conditions, or are planning any medical procedures. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor. The dose of folic acid should not exceed 1000 mcg per day. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging is defective or its integrity is compromised. Store at room temperature.
