Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Ingredients Whey, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. Allergen warning.
