Method of administration and dosage Adults and children over 12 years: take 1-2 tablets when symptoms occur. Tablets should be thoroughly chewed or completely dissolved. The maximum daily dose and duration of use should correspond to the instructions for use or the doctor's prescription. Side effects Possible: constipation (more often when taking calcium carbonate in high doses), diarrhea (more often when taking magnesium carbonate in high doses), nausea, vomiting, allergic reactions. Long-term use of high doses can lead to systemic effects such as hypercalcemia, alkalosis, renal dysfunction. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe renal failure, hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia, nephrocalcinosis. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age without medical advice. Special instructions Long-term use of high doses without medical advice is not recommended. An interval of at least 1-2 hours should be observed between taking this agent and other drugs, as antacids can affect their absorption.
