Hematogen is taken orally. For prophylactic purposes, it is prescribed to children over 2 years old, adolescents, and adults, 1-2 plates 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months. During the convalescence period after iron deficiency anemia, the preparation is prescribed 2 tiles per day for 2 months.
