Recommendations for use and dosage: Taken orally during or between meals. Recommended daily allowance: Children from 3 to 7 years old: 30 g per day. Children from 7 to 11 years old: 40 g per day (1 bar). Children over 11 years old and adults: 40-50 g per day. Course duration: usually 1-2 months.
