Gemohelp instructions for use
As an anti-anemic agent, it is recommended:
For children from 3 to 14 years old, 1 capsule 1-3 times a day 5-10 minutes before meals.
For adults, 1-2 capsules 3 times a day 5-10 minutes before meals.
Swallow the capsule whole, without chewing or crushing, drinking with a sufficient amount of water. The course of treatment is at least 30 days until hemoglobin and erythrocyte levels normalize.
