General rules of administration and dosageProphylactic dose: usually take 1 capsule per day during meals.Therapeutic dose: as prescribed by a doctor, the dosage can be increased to 2 capsules per day (divided into morning and afternoon doses).Time of administration: strictly in the first half of the day (during breakfast or lunch). Taking capsules in the evening can provoke insomnia due to the stimulating effect.Duration of the course: a stable effect develops after 2–3 weeks of administration. The minimum recommended course is from 3 to 6 months.
