Adults take 1 tablet 2 times a day before meals or in accordance with the doctor's recommendations.

Active substances:
Glucosamine - 1800 mg;
Chondroitin - 450 mg;
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - 1005 mg;
Boswellia extract (Shallaki) - 150 mg;
Turmeric - 75 mg;
Rosehip extract - 15 mg;
Ginger - 150 mg;
Piperine - 15 mg.
Excipients: lactose granules, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
