Glyukometr Contour Plus instructions for use
Purpose: Self-monitoring of capillary blood glucose levels in patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus.
Contraindications: Do not use for diabetes diagnosis (laboratory analysis required). Results may differ if hematocrit is outside the normal range.
Method of administration: Insert the Contour Plus test strip into the device. Puncture the skin with a lancet. Apply a drop of blood to the strip. After a few seconds, the device will show the result. Calibrate regularly and check the battery.
Storage conditions: Store at a temperature from +10 °C to +40 °C in a dry place. Protect from impact and moisture.
