Glyukometr Yuwell instructions for use
Purpose: Self-monitoring of blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus.
Contraindications: Use only with original Yuwell test strips. Do not use if the device is faulty.
Method of administration: Insert the test strip. Prick the finger with a lancet, apply a drop of blood to the strip. Read the result. Record in the self-monitoring diary.
Storage conditions: Store at a temperature from +5 °C to +30 °C. Protect from moisture and impacts.
