Recommendations for use Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of the tablet, take with 240 ml (8 oz) of water or other beverage. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), and magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, and vegetable coating. Contains shellfish (crabs, shrimp, lobsters, crayfish). No wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, or tree nut ingredients are used in the manufacture of this product. Produced in a GMP-registered facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. NOW Foods has developed a method for determining glucosamine levels that is the official industry standard AOACI. This extra-strength product contains twice as much glucosamine and chondroitin (750 mg and 600 mg per tablet) as our company's regular-strength product (375 mg and 300 mg per tablet).
