Recommendations for use
Adults: take 4 capsules daily with meals or in accordance with the recommendations of a nutritionist.
Ingredients
Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose.
Contains shellfish (crab and shrimp shells).
