The maximum daily dosage is 1200 mg (3 capsules per day). Use the minimum effective dose necessary to treat symptoms for the shortest period of time. If symptoms of the disease in adolescents worsen or persist for more than 3 days, it is necessary to consult a doctor to clarify the diagnosis and correct the treatment regimen. Elderly patients do not need special dose selection, except in cases of severe renal or hepatic impairment.
