Indications: Local thermal exposure for muscle pain, joint pain, spasms, hypothermia; performing cleansing enemas and douching. Contraindications: Malignant neoplasms in the area of application, acute inflammatory diseases of the abdominal cavity, bleeding, thrombophlebitis, skin damage. Method of administration: For a hot water bottle — fill with hot water (not higher than 60°C) to 2/3 of the volume, release the air, close the stopper, wrap in a towel. For an enema: fill with water, lubricate the tip with petroleum jelly. Storage conditions: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 0–25°C, away from heating appliances.
