How to take Dissolving: pour the contents of 1 sachet into a mug. Water: pour hot, but not boiling water (about 200 ml). Mixing: stir thoroughly until completely dissolved and drink hot. Application: usually the preparation is taken as needed with an interval recommended by the instructions to relieve symptoms.
