Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily.
Ingredients
Iron fumarate, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, manganese sulfate, silica, magnesium stearate, Spirulina, calcium carbonate, chlorophyllin, spinach leaves (Spinacia oleracea), broccoli florets (Brassica oleracea), broken cell wall chlorella and pharmaceutical glaze.
No synthetics: colors, preservatives. Free from milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and crustaceans, nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place.
