Recommendations for use
Take 3 capsules immediately before two main meals during the day. Do not take more than 6 capsules per day. Take in combination with a reasonable diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after taking fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable origin), and silicon dioxide.
Contains shellfish (shrimp).
