Recommendations for use
Take 3 capsules immediately before two main meals during the day. Do not take more than 6 capsules per day. Take in combination with a reasonable diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after taking fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable origin) and silicon dioxide.
Contains shellfish (shrimp).
Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, tree nuts or sesame are not used in the manufacture of this product. Produced in a GMP-registered facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
